    Electrode Material: Mainly uses imported hafnium/zirconium wire electrodes. Some use purple copper or zirconium copper matrix, combined with electrolytic copper process to improve conductivity and high-temperature performance.

    Nozzle Specifications: Nozzle diameter range 1.1-1.7mm, length 19.5-26.5mm, thread specification M18×1MM, suitable for different cutting currents (40-120A).

    Thickened Design: Some models use thickened nozzles and shielding covers to enhance resistance to spatter erosion and extend service life.
