    Core Structure and Components

    Contact Tip: Materials are divided into purple copper (high current, durable), brass (conventional current, economical), and coated type (anti-spatter). The aperture needs to match the welding wire diameter (e.g., 1.0mm welding wire with 1.02mm aperture).
    Nozzle: Isolates spatter, prevents gas leakage, and needs regular cleaning to prevent blockage.
    Connecting Rod/Spring: Used to fix the contact tip and maintain airtightness, suitable for different welding gun models (such as 15AK, 24KD).

    Classification and Application Scenarios

    By Current Intensity

    Lightweight welding gun (≤150A): Suitable for brass contact tips, suitable for short-cycle maintenance work.
    Heavy-duty welding gun (250A-500A): Requires purple copper or chromium-zirconium copper contact tips, high temperature resistance and long life, suitable for high-strength welding such as steel structures.

    Optimized by Use

    Robot welding: High-precision contact tips (error <0.01mm) combined with wear-resistant coating to ensure continuous operation of automated production lines.
    High-spatter environment: Coated contact tips can reduce 60% of slag adhesion and reduce maintenance frequency.
